Option 2 - By Phone Bill.............. 190 222 0803 $5.50 per minute including GST but higher from mobile phones. You will control the length of the call and place the charge onto your phone account. Provided by Telads P/L, maximum call length is 30 minutes. Some people may need to call their telephone provider to turn on "190 premium rate services". Since this line charges you even at the start of the call when you hear which clairvoyants are available, we strongly recommend that you avoid this unnecessarly cost by checking our "live availability" webpage first to see which clairvoyants are currently logged on... or you can call the free call 1800 number to see who is on.

Can I get a 10 minute reading or 30 minutes?
By credit card our readings are always in 20 minute sessions or "blocks". This is the way the clairvoyants like it. You can choose at the end of the 20 minutes to continue for another 20 minute session. By selecting option 2 (see above) youare placing the cost to your phone account (Australian residents only) you can talk for a maximum of 30 minutes with no minimum.

Can anybody have a reading or "only members"?
Anybody can have readings. But members receive a 20% discount.

What cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Americian Express, Diners.

How secure are my credit card details with you?
We do not give out your private information to any other company for any reason. We have had a superb record and relationship with the merchant services department of the Commonwealth Bank for over 12 years. We have not had a single incident concerning the privacy and security of a client's card number.

The reading dropped out before 20 minutes, what should I do?
The clairvoyant should call you back within 10 minutes to complete the reading, if they don't you can call them back because the system will see your phone number then calculate that you have some time left. Please wait the 10 minutes because the clairvoyant will often dialing you as you are dailing them and you miss each other! Please note that if you have a private number, then dial 1832 before dialing our phone number so the system can see your are owed some time.

Can I pay by money-order or cheque?
No. We don't accept transferring funds into our account, either. Credit cards only.

Do you provide readings internationally to a variety of countries?
Yes and there is no extra charge. It does not matter where you are calling from. The price is still AUD $69.00.

How will the transaction appear on my credit card statement?
Under the name of "The Psychic Club Of Australia".

What if I have a problem with the automated readings system?
We prefer emails over phone messages . . . . because we can respond at any hour of the day and we won't struggle to catch you! However, for all the dinosaurs out there, you can leave a message by calling 1800 867 836 and select option 5 from the main menu.

I am member. How do I get my discount?
Select a clairvoyant from those available at the time. Just after the system says “the clairvoyant has answered” the system will then say "if you are a member, please press the hash key now". Press the key it instructs and follow the prompts from there. That's how it can then go onto ask you for some info (year of birth and phone number) to check who you are and that you are indeed on the member list. So as long as you press that key when the system invites members to do so, you should always get your discount. Quite easy. However, there is a shortcut for some. If the system can already see your phone number (using caller ID and the fact that your phone number may not be silent) then it won't even ask you to press a key if you are a member, because it already knows you are calling from a member's phone number and simply for security purposes, it will ask you to enter your "two digit year of birth" to match up against your phone number.
