Feedback can be sent confidentially to: helpdesk@top10readers.com Feedback System for Other Potential Clients to Hear or View Comments: There is a ‘client feedback’ service available following telephone readings. In this way, you, the client, have the opportunity to say what you think and help the Club to maintain high standards. It is also important so that our Readers know how they are doing and better understand the experience that they are providing for their clients. Encouragement and feedback is also important in any line of work. Medical Problems________________________________________________________________ Readers do not diagnose medical conditions. Please seek appropriate tests and diagnosis from a GP or Specialist. Once diagnosis has been achieved, then you will be able to make appropriate healing choices for yourself. Although some Readers are able to view the aura or etheric network, diagnosis is clearly the domain of Doctors and other Medical Professionals. However, Readers can assist by suggesting suitable visualizations or other exercises which may encourage auric and energetic repair... Readers are permitted to suggest that a certain type of Healthcare Professional be consulted in regards to particular condition that you already have received a diagnosis for from a Doctor or other Medical Professional, going through the standard channels... but this is a suggestion only and provided without bias towards any one practitioner. Suggestions may extend to Natural Therapies. If you are suffering from ill health or want to help someone you know who is, you are encouraged to seek out qualified specialists or practitioners and undergo the testing required in order to diagnose or identify the source of the illness/problem, so that it may be appropriately treated, as soon as possible.
If you would like to promote a product or service of yours through the Club, then you will need to send a proposal or request to helpdesk@top10readers.com explaining your product/service and where or how you would like to promote it. All decisions are final and further discussions will not be entered into. Please do not try to coerce a Reader into selling your product or service. Readers are not Legal Professionals and do not predict the outcome of court cases. Court cases and other legal battles or issues can create a great deal of anxiety for those involved. However, the answer lies in acquiring sound legal advice and heeding that advice. Please do not ask for such predictions. Always consult a Legal Professional if you find yourself involved in a court case... and if you are not convinced of their expertise, then seek a second 'professional' legal opinion on the matter. Exceptions: A Club Reader may, however, provide an impression of the character, presence or likeness of persons involved. They may also, without prompting, at times come up with accurate details of events that are going on in your life involving the Law, Solicitors, Lawyers and other similar matters. However, no predictions are to be entered into regarding who will win in legal battles. Although the energy can be assessed on either side of the fence, no bias will be given to either party towards an outcome and you will be encouraged to discuss your standing in the case with your Lawyer or other Legal person. The Future and Predictions________________________________________________ Yes, Readers are permitted to make predictions regarding other areas of your life. Where Readers make predictions, always remember that you can change your path. What is Free will? Many alternative practitioners and clairvoyant/psychic readers believe in free-will... meaning that the choices each of us make today, will build our tomorrow. Freewill means that although there may be some set points in our lives which are 'destined' (for instance, where someone passes over or moves house etc), the rest of it is of our own making. Where the energy travelling into the future does not seem to change a great deal, it is rather like forecasting the weather. In such a case, a Reader may provide their impressions of the future. They may receive a ‘flash’ or ‘insight’ to share with you for instance, but The Club asks that you keep an open mind. At anytime the energy may shift for one reason or another... and nothing is set in stone. Levels of accuracy may vary between Readers. No claims are made regarding the percentage of accuracy of the Readers for the Club. Although some readers will be able to tell you much about your past or present, they may not necessarily be skilled at predicting the future. Some Readers focus only on the present time and this is their forte and the way that they best assist clients. Readers representing The Club are expected to provide a high level of accuracy, within reason, in their provision of readings. Being perfect is not possible, nor required. Decision - Making Readers will not make your decision for you but may provide an objective viewpoint on the current situation and discuss their impressions of opportunities that surround you... It is common that a Reader will sense how each potential decision or action may impact upon you emotionally... but it is your life and your lesson. Taking Control of Your Life Allowing others to make decisions for you, means that you are not being pro-active or taking responsibility for yourself. By doing this, you also are missing an opportunity for personal growth. The Readers for The Club are there to help and provide guidance, but cannot live your life for you. When as an Adult you allow or expect others to make all your decisions, you are giving away your personal power. If you find yourself deep in trouble, The Club’s Readers may supply you with government-approved numbers for further assistance. These numbers include, but are not limited to: Support Groups, Legal Bodies, Hospitals, Counseling Services. Such numbers are those which either, The Club has provided, or which the Reader has direct access to from a telephone directory or internet white pages, in order to assist you, the client, within the timeframe of your reading. ** Pay-by-the-minute services are excluded from this list of numbers and Readers will not attempt to on-sell any such service. Readers can provide you with a certain level of comfort, common-sense guidance and support during times of crisis, but you must still take the appropriate measures, gaining legal advice, professional medical support or contacting the police and taking any other necessary measure to help yourself. Certain Mental Health Conditions, Addictions and Abuse Cases require specialist assistance from particular Government-run or Government-funded organizations or services. The Reader may supply details of these to help the client in any case where it is deemed prudent to do so. Respect______________________________________________________________________________ Respect is of the utmost importance in the relationship between reader and client, or in the provision of reading services. When there is a lack of respect, the links to spirit may be temporarily shut down in order to protect either the reader or the client from auric or emotional harm. Recording Readings___________________________________________________________________ Please ask the Reader for their permission first, if you would like to record a reading over the telephone. This is a common courtesy and the only lawful way to record a conversation. You can also ask the Reader to record it for you and send it to your email address. They will notify you as to whether they individually have the equipment necessary to provide you with a recording. Although some readers do not mind being recorded and are quite accustomed to the idea, others may not feel comfortable. Please keep this in mind.
