Delivery Policy

The Psychic Club Of Australia includes all delivery costs in the price of the item you purchase.

1. E-Audio, E-Books & E-Charts:

All items available in our online shop are instantly downloadable except the charts which may take up to 72 hours to be prepared and emailed to you. With the audio and book products there is no forseeable waiting time or delays to be anticipated. However, if for some reason you experience a problem in downloading your product immediately after purchase, we will email the product to you within 6 working days at the absolute latest (as long as we have your correct email address and your email inbox is not currently rejecting incoming mail due to being full). After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from www.top10readers.com containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

2. Membership:

You will receive four issues of Your Stars magazine as a part of your annual membership. You will receive one for each season, Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring. You will receive each issue at least 5 works days before the beginning of the season to which the issue of Your Stars relates. However if you order your membership after our dispatch of magazines to members for the upcoming season, you will still receive four magazine from the next season onwards.


PAYMENT OPTIONS:

All product prices include GST. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express. We do not accept cash, cheques, money orders or COD. Orders can only be placed over the internet at our online shop, or (in the case of membership) via our automatated telephone system by calling 1800 64 75 75.



Refund Policy

1. Electronically downloaded items:

The Psychic Club Of Australia offers a 110% money-back guarantee on any downloaded item available from our online shop at www.top10readers.com

Ther term of this guarantee is 90 days from the date of purchase. Simply email us at helpdesk@top10readers.com or write to us at: Locked Bag 1, Stafford Heights, QLD 4053.

2. Membership:

A member can request the cancellation of their remaining membership period at any time. Within 10 days working days we will organise a refund, the amount of which will be according to the days you have left remaining in your annual membership. This refund will be by cheque via the mail, or through directly crediting funds to the credit card on which you purchased membership.
