If entering your email address and password will not work, it may be for one of several different reasons.  (please note that the email and password are NOT case sensitive)

1. you have not actually ordered anything from us in the past at this online shop, therefore you do not have an account (all your contact and account details) to log into.

2. the email address that you entered last time you ordered from us, in the contact details section on the order form at the checkout, is not the email address you are entering now. Have you changed your email address recently? If you have, try using your old email address to log into your account, then update your account to the new address when you go through the checkout. Do you have more than one email address, are you typing in the correct address?
