2.2 All readings are strictly for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

2.3 Reading sessions are limited to 20 minutes unless otherwise specified.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3.1 You may be required to register an account to access certain services.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.4 You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.5 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.1 All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Payment must be made in full prior to receiving any services.

4.3 We accept payment methods as indicated on our website.

4.4 Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.5 All applicable taxes will be added to the final price.

5.1 All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason.

6.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled reading.

6.2 No refunds will be provided for cancellations, regardless of when they are made.

6.3 Rescheduling may be permitted at our sole discretion, subject to reader availability.

6.4 Failure to attend a scheduled reading ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of the payment, with no rescheduling option.

You agree not to:

7.1 Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

7.2 Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including our psychic readers and staff.

7.3 Impersonate another user, person, or psychic reader.

7.4 Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers.

7.5 Record, capture, or store any reading session (audio, video, text, or screenshots) without prior explicit written permission from the psychic reader. Any authorized recordings may only be used for personal purposes and may not be shared, distributed, or published in any form or medium.

7.6 Share, reproduce, or distribute any content from your readings.

7.7 Use our services to solicit business or promote products.

7.8 Ask for advice regarding serious medical, legal, or financial matters.

7.9 Use multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions.

8.1 All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

8.3 By providing feedback or suggestions about our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate your feedback.

9.1 Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

10.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Top10Readers.com, The Psychic Club of Australia Pty. Ltd., its directors, employees, agents, and independent contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11.1 These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or us.

11.2 You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of our services.

11.3 We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

11.4 Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11.5 All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13.3 Any dispute must first be submitted to confidential mediation before a mutually acceptable mediator in Queensland, Australia.

13.4 If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may initiate legal proceedings.

14.2 Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

14.3 Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.1 All psychic readers available through Top10Readers.com are independent contractors, not employees of Top10Readers.com or The Psychic Club of Australia Pty. Ltd.

15.2 We do not control or supervise the specific content of readings provided by independent contractors.

15.3 Independent contractors are solely responsible for the content of their readings.

15.4 We act solely as a facilitator connecting independent psychic readers with clients.

16.1 We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network or system failures, or shortages of supplies.

17.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18.1 These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Compliance Statement, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services.

18.2 These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
